Judith’s career has spanned Big 4 management consulting, private sector, public sector and not-for-profit organizations across the US and Canada. Over the past 20 years, Judith has worked with a wide variety of organizations to transform their business by focusing on the people side of change. She enjoys partnering with leaders to implement initiatives by drawing on her experience in strategy, talent, change management and organizational development and design. In her coaching practice, Judith works with emerging leaders and experienced professionals transitioning into new roles. Judith is passionate about helping talented people and great organizations excel.
Judith holds a Masters of Public Policy and Public Administration, a BA in Political Science as well as several accreditations in Human Resources, Change Management and Coaching.
